Royal Academy of Music: Alumni Spotlight June 2021

June 28, 2021

This month I spoke with the Royal Academy of Music’s Alumni Newsletter about my career since graduating in 2014. I learnt a huge amount from my teachers at RAM, Gary Carpenter and Angela Malsbury, and (cliched though it may sound) made friends for life.

Read the full interview here for more on my four happy years studying as an undergraduate in London - including the story of an unusual day spent listening to eleven successive performances of the same piece - Circuiting - commissioned for the Academy’s clarinet prize!

Thanks to Sophie Harries for writing up the interview.
